File Menu

Depending on which options you have selected in the Setup Options, not all of these selections may be visible. Items which are grayed-out are available from different screens throughout the program.

Open
This option is available when you are on the Letter merge screen. You can use this menu item to open a document.

Save
This option is available when you are on the Letter merge screen. You can use this menu item to save a document using the same name.

Save As
This option is available while viewing a Stored Report from the Inquiry List and when you are on the Letter merge screen. You can use this menu item to save a document using a different name.

Print
This option is available while viewing a Stored Report from the Inquiry List and when you are on the Letter merge screen. You can use this menu item to reprint stored reports or merged letters.

Import
note (Professional and Enterprise feature)
This will open the Import Wizard where you can import comma-delimited files into Easy Access.
This option must be set to Allow Importing in the Importing / Exporting section before this item will appear on the menu.

Setup Options (F3)
This will open the Setup dialog box where you can set up Easy Access.

Backup / Restore Utility

Log On New User
This will allow another user to log in without having to exit and restart Easy Access. This menu item will only appear if the Password Protection option has been selected in the Setup Options/Password screen.

Exit
Exits Easy Access
