Warn user of duplicate SSNs
This option only applies to inquiries that are manually entered from the Inquiry Entry form. When checked, this option warns the user if the social security number they have just entered is already in the database. If a duplicate is detected, you will be given the option to continue or cancel the inquiry. If you choose to continue, you can complete the rest of the inquiry. If you choose to cancel, you will be given the option to go to the record which contains the duplicate social security number. If you are entering multiple social security numbers on the SS Search form, only the first box will be checked for duplicates.
Reserve system resources
When checked (Default), Easy Access conserves as much memory as possible. This may slow things down on some machines but will conserve system and user resources.
Don’t unmark inquiries…
Normally, if Easy Access receives a report that is fewer lines than specified in this option, Easy Access assumes it received an error message and didn’t unmark the inquiry. If Easy Access is leaving correctly sent inquiries marked, lower this setting.

Y2K Settings
You can choose how Easy Access displays dates and how 2-digit dates are interpreted.
Date display style
You can choose a Date display style of either 1/1/99, 1/1/1999, 01/01/99 or 01/01/1999
2 Digit Interpretation
This option allows the user to set a 100-year date range for determining how Easy Access will handle dates if only 2-digits are being used. The default is 1910 – 2009. Using this date range as an example – if the user types 06/23/05, the software will interpret this date as 06/23/2005. Similarly, if the user types 06/23/14, the software would interpret this date as 06/23/1914.
