Viewing Your List of Inquiries
Easy Access maintains a complete list of all the inquiries that you have entered for a specified time (you can adjust how long your inquiries are stored in the Database Settings section of the Setup Options). From this list, you can delete inquiries, mark inquiries to be sent and easily find inquiries.
To see a list of all your inquiries, do one of the following:
- Click on # Marked Inquiries on the Easy Access Today screen. This will sort the list and put those inquiries that are marked to be sent at the top of the list.
- Click on the Inquiry List button on the Navigator Bar.
- Click on the View Menu and choose Inquiry List.
