The Send Options is where you decide how you want Easy Access to handle the records you have imported.
Send ALL marked inquiries.
This will automatically start the sending process after a successful import and send all marked inquiries. This option is the default.
Send ALL marked inquiries for the current user
This will automatically start the sending process after a successful import and send only those inquiries for the current user.
Send ALL marked inquiries for imported department
This will automatically start the sending process after a successful import and send only those inquiries for the department that the imported records were assigned.
Prompt user to send inquiries
This will bring up a Send Options Dialog box after a successful import where you can decide which records you want to send. Your selection will be added to the send queue.
- Add only – add only the selected record to the queue
- Add all marked – adds all marked records to the queue
- Send all for current user – adds all marked records for the current user to the queue
- Add all in – adds all marked records for the selected department to the queue
Don’t send inquiries – Open last record
Easy Access will import the record(s) and place you in the last record’s Inquiry Entry Form.
Don’t send inquiries.
Easy Access will just import the records. It will be up to you to decide when you want to have those records sent.
All records are automatically marked to be sent when imported.
