This step will tell Easy Access what reports you would like to run for the imported records. This step gives you the same options you would have if you were adding the inquiry using the Inquiry Entry Form.
Report Type
It lets you choose between a standard Credit Report or a Social Search. This will only be available if you have selected the Customize option in the Import Properties.
Department
Let’s you choose the department you would like to use for this import.
Bureau Selection
Let’s choose the bureau or combination of bureaus to use. This will only be available if you have selected the Customize option in the Import Properties and if you have the Multi-version of Easy Access.
Products
It lets you select the bureau products, add-ons, and risk models you would like to run with the selected Bureaus. This will only be available if you have selected the Customize option in the Import Properties.
Send Joint if the spouse is included in the record
If this option is checked, Easy Access will automatically try to run an additional report on the spouse if one is included in the record.
Some bureaus require more than just a name to run a joint report. Some will require a Social Security Number. Easy Access does not verify this during an import. If your bureau requires a Social Security Number for the spouse when running a Joint report, you will need to make sure it has been included in the Field Mappings.
