These features are only available in the Professional and Enterprise, and Architect editions.
Easy Access allows importing of comma-delimited files. Once imported, you may edit and send the new records. You can also save the import as a shortcut that can be used for future importing of the same file.
If you have decided to use this method of importing, you have two options to choose from.
Manual Importing (Professional and Enterprise Edition)
Manual Importing covers all types of importing that involve user Intervention to initiate. This can be Importing from the File Menu from within the software.
Automatic Importing (Enterprise Edition)
Automatic Importing involves the use of a designated ‘Watch Directory.’ When a file lands in this directory, it is automatically imported into Easy Access.
