When I send more than one inquiry to the bureau, I only receive back one report. Why can’t I send more than one at a time?
Make sure you are sending the inquiries using the ‘Send’ command on the Transmit’ menu, not the ‘Send’ button that is located above the ‘Inquiry Entry Form’ when you are trying to send more than one inquiry at a time. The ‘Send’ button above the ‘Inquiry Entry Form’ sends only the inquiry that is currently loaded in that form, thus sending only one inquiry. The ‘Send’ command in the ‘Transmit’ menu gives you the option of sending only one, all that is marked, all that are marked for the current user, or all that are marked in a certain department. This is the only way to send more than one inquiry at a time to the bureau.
There is a down-arrow next to the Send button, which will open a menu of choices similar to the ‘Send’ command in the ‘Transmit’ menu.
