This update is mandatory for any Experian user. Please visit the License Management page to download. Have your License ID handy. Also, keep in mind, in order to update to the latest version, you need to have current support (either the first year of owning a license of Easy Access or a current Support/Update extension).
Version 6.4.1.2, released 6/18/2012
- Fixed the way it connects to the Lookup site to make sure it only tries one time while the software is running.
- Added ENTRUST as an issuer for the Experian certificate. This version still supports VERISIGN as an issuer for backward compatibility for both the DEMO and Production Experian environments.
- 6.4.1.0 was installing the NT service for Enterprise and Architect version with the service name EAServ rather than EAService. This has been fixed so it won’t be confusing to users who had earlier manually installed the service from the command line.
