The following errors can be returned by Easy Access to the user or to COM and HTTP applications.

ERROR: Socket Error # 11004
The values can range from 10013 to 11004 and indicate a problem due to Internet connectivity issues.
The most common cause of a socket error is not properly connected to the Internet. Easy Access will need to have outgoing access to Port 80, Port 443, and an existing Internet connection. A firewall prohibiting such access could also be generating the problem.
If you must go through a Proxy Server for access to the Internet, these settings can be found in Setup Options.
Experian Net Connect Error Messages
HTTP/1.1 302 redirecting for authentication purposes
This error is generated as a result of having an incorrect Net Connect User ID and Password entered in Setup Options. Check your bureau tab in Setup Options and verify you are using the correct Net Connect User ID and Net Connect Password.
HTTP/1.1 403 Secure Control: Access Denied
This error is generated when your User ID and Password fields are correct, but the User you are trying to request a report with has not been granted access to the Net Connect product. You would get this error message if you did not assign the Net Connect product properly. You can correct the problem by logging into the Access Control System as the head designate and properly updating the User account with Net Connect product access. These changes can take up to 24 hours to process.
Completion Code: 1000
This is an Experian error message. An Invalid request format error indicates that the inquiry string being sent has an error.
Completion Code: 2000
This Authorization failure error occurs when you are trying to request a product that your subscriber number is not authorized to receive.
Equifax ISTS Error Messages
ERROR: HTTP/1.1 401 Unauthorized
This error is generated as a result of having an incorrect ISTS Password entered in Setup Options. Check your bureau tab in Setup Options and verify you are using the correct ISTS Password.

This error occurs if you send a request without including password= in the inquiry string.
