You can select various Options to Include Date, Include Time and Include Page Numbers on your reports. Check the appropriate boxes to include these items.
Page Settings
You can create your report in either Portrait or Landscape orientation. If you choose Landscape, be sure to change your page orientation in your printer setup to landscape also. Check the Center Report box to help center the report on your page.
Report Generation
By checking Allow Print to File, you will open an additional section in the Print dialog box where you can check a Print to File box and output your custom report to a text file. Select Text File to save the report in a comma-delimited format suitable for import into most database and spreadsheet applications. If you select Report Emulation Text File, your report will be saved exactly as it is formatted on your monitor.
If you have a large report, you can click Cache Pages and Easy Access will store the pages of your preview in memory rather than generating them as you move between pages. This can speed things up if you want to look at multiple pages.
