Cut
This is the standard Windows Cut command. Highlight the text you wish to delete and click this item. It will be removed and stored in the Windows Clipboard, where you will be able to paste it to another location.

Copy
This is the standard Windows Copy command.

Paste
This is the standard Windows Paste command. It is used with either the Cut or Copy and will place the contents of the Windows Clipboard wherever the flashing cursor is located.

Count Inquiries
Click this item to display how many Inquiries are in your Inquiry List.

Find Inquiry
Use this item to search for a specific Inquiry. You can search based on any database field in the List.

Filter Inquiries
You can use a filter to limit the records that appear in the Inquiry List.

Edit Selected Inquiry
This will open the currently selected Inquiry for editing.

Add New Inquiry
This will open up the Inquiry Entry Form allowing you to add a new inquiry. The newly added inquiry will also be set up with the bureau defaults that you selected on the Bureau page of the Setup Options dialog box.

Insert New Inquiry
This will open up the Inquiry Entry Form in insert mode, allowing you to add a new inquiry while retaining any special settings and products from the previous inquiry.

Delete Inquiry
This will delete the current inquiry.

Insert Test File
Choose this option to quickly send a test inquiry (no charge) to your credit bureau to make sure everything is working properly. Easy Access will automatically fill out the inquiry form with the test data. If you are running the Multi-Bureau version, you will also have the option to choose which bureau you wish to send your test inquiry.

Set as Department Default
If you have added an inquiry with certain Products or End User data selected, you can choose this option to make these the default for new inquiries. You must be editing an existing inquiry or be finished typing in a new inquiry before selecting this option.

Add Inquiry Shortcut
This will place a new Shortcut icon in the Navigator Bar. See the section titled Creating an Inquiry Shortcut.
