Connection

Send from this Computer (ProfessionalEnterprise, and Architect feature)

This selection is enabled by default and not visible in the Standard Edition of Easy Access.

Checking this box sets the workstation to handle its own connection to the credit bureau. This is checked by default. If you have set up a connection server on another workstation, and you are using the same easyaccess.exe file, only the connection server should have this box checked. All other workstations should have this box unchecked.

Act as Connection Server (ProfessionalEnterprise, and Architect feature)
You can designate one workstation to handle all of the communications. This connection server will monitor the Inquiry List for inquiries that are marked to be sent to the bureau and can automatically send those inquiries to anyone who is running Easy Access on your network.

Only one server should be set up per workgroup. All workstations are adding marked inquiries to the same database by default. Having two servers monitoring the database and automatically sending marked inquiries as they are received might cause conflicts and duplicate reports.

Only the connection server will have a send button. The other workstations will have a save button. All the other workstations need to do is add and save an inquiry and the connection server will do the rest. The connection server will send the inquiry and notify the issuing workstation when the inquiry has been received. Each workstation can still print reports to their printer or have the connection server print all incoming reports.
