We recently changed our website to allow better support for our customers. Just click on the Login/Register link at the top of the site to log into your companies new support page.
If you have not yet created an account on our site or are getting an error saying, “Sorry, we can’t find an account with that username,” just click on the Register Button on the Login Page to create your account. You create your own personal Username and Password and use your License ID issued by Real Solutions to complete the registration. The website will match your License ID with your company information in our database and take you to your new Support Page.
Once the account has been created, you will log into the site using only your Username and Password and won’t need to have your License ID. You also can create have multiple accounts for the same License ID if you like.
