Everyone is familiar with the shortcut bar, right? It is the gray sidebar on the left-hand side of Easy Access. It has the basic navigation shortcuts, Easy Access Today, Inquiry List, Edit Inquiry and letter Merge. But did you know you can customize this to your liking? You can create your own shortcut buttons and even new shortcut bars to store your new shortcuts on. This is a real time-saving feature.
